Happy Wednesday!  Growing up, as a little girl, like 3 or 4, I remember sitting in the car with my mom and these songs were played frequently on the radio.  So I’ll use this day to share some of my favorite 80’s groups and artists.  Hopefully this’ll get you thinking about the good ol’ days, too! (Yes, you are getting a regular WBW post today! Why?  Because I’m writing this post on Tuesday before the election results are available; you’ll get my VOTE 2010 commentary on Thursday! :)) 

When I tell you I LOVED George Michael and Wham!  It wasn’t until I was older that I realized Geore was part of a group, and by then Wham! had broken up.  In any event, I love this song, “Everything She Wants”. Enjoy!

I also had a thing for “Tears for Fears”. (What is it with me and British boy bands?!?!) In any event, “Everybody Wants to Rule the World” is a classic.  You can never go wrong with this song!  (And they’ve still got it!)

If I’m doing anything from the 80’s I HAVE to add Phil Collins.  Something from my mom must have rubbed off on me, because just as she loves Phil, so do I!  I really can’t pick a wrong song.  But I really like this one!
